SCCA and Western Region will be hosting U19 western conference starting August 19th through August 21st at Woodley Grounds. Four teams will be participating in this tournament and all teams will be playing against each other in round robin format. Two top teams will qualify to play with the two top team from Eastern Conference at a later date , The Eastern conference will be held simultaneously  in Connecticut.

OClions 155-1 (19.2 overs) beat ICC-Blue 151-10 (25 overs) by 9 wickets.

OClions put in an outstanding display with the bat and in the field and beat 2009 OCCA summer champions in the 2010 summer final.

 

Rohan Thangarathnam took 3 wickets in allocated 5 overs giving away only 19 runs. OClion’s run chase started with cracking batting display by Manjula Warawitage with 28 in 26 deliveries followed by an unbeaten stand by Aruna Senanayake (57) and Manjula Vithana (49) took the final cup away from ICC-Blue.
