Gangaram, Susheel and Hemant to fill out the template and present 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM - Lunch/Social 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM - Continue working on Strategy, Key Performance Matrix , programs and discuss budget 3:00 to 4:00 PM - Open session to discuss operating guideline. Capture major points to help regional administration conduct its day to day activities with certain formalities and document it as guideline. Hemant to lead the discussion 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM - Being set aside for townhall type meeting. All stakeholders who are interested in contributing towards the development of cricket in Western Region are encouraged to attend this portion of the meeting and ask any question(s) they have to the regional administrators as well as offer their suggestions.
